Artwork Guideline

How to Get Started

Download the design template, available at the end of any product description. We offer various formats including Illustrator, InDesign, PDF, and JPEG.

Our Design Templates

Each design template consists of three main layers: Artwork, Spot Gloss, and Foils.

Artwork Layer
Place your design in this layer using CMYK colours.

Spot Gloss Layer
This layer should be in a single color (C:0 M:100 Y:0 K:0) and in vector format to indicate the areas where you want Spot Gloss applied.
Tip: Avoid placing Spot Gloss on the edges, trim marks, or creasing marks.

Marks Layer

  • A 0.5 cm bleed area surrounding the artwork.
  • Trim marks to guide cutting.
  • A safe area indicated by a dotted line 0.5 cm inside the artwork, ensuring all text remains within this boundary.

Start Your Design

After downloading a template, if the dimensions don’t match your file requirements, you can adjust the file size while ensuring the following marks remain consistent:

  • Bleed: Maintain a 0.5 cm bleed outside the printable area, surrounding the artwork.
  • Trim Marks: These marks indicate where your artwork will be cut.
  • Safe Area: Keep a 0.5 cm safe area inside the printable area, where all text should be placed.

Artwork Upload

Once your design is complete, place your order by selecting the quantities and specifications. After adding the items to your cart and completing the payment process, you can upload your artwork for proofing.
We accept the following file types:

  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • PNG

Note: If your file includes special effects such as Spot Gloss or Foil, it must be submitted as a PDF.

Proofing

After completing your order and payment, you can upload your artwork. Within 24 hours, you will receive a proof file. Once you confirm the proof, we will proceed with printing./p>
